Popular dates and preferred vendors fill up quickly, so earlier planning gives us more flexibility to bring your vision to life exactly as you imagine it. That said, we understand plans don't always happen on a perfect timeline — reach out and we'll let you know honestly what's possible.
Yes. Event design and styling — from concept and mood boards to florals, tablescapes and full venue transformation — is part of our full planning and design services. If you only need coordination for a day-of event with décor already arranged, we can scope that separately.
Pricing depends on the scope of your event — the level of support you need (full planning, coordination, or design only), guest count, location and complexity. After an initial conversation about your event, we provide a detailed, transparent proposal with no hidden fees. There is no one-size-fits-all package, because no two events are the same.
Yes. If you've already done your own planning and simply need someone to manage timelines, vendors and logistics on the day itself, our Event Coordination service is designed exactly for that — so you and your guests can enjoy the day without managing it.
Yes. While we're based in Lagos, we plan events across Nigeria and are available for destination events. Travel and accommodation costs for out-of-state or destination events are discussed and agreed upon during planning, and factored into your proposal.
Yes, vendor sourcing and coordination are core to what we do. We work with a trusted network of photographers, caterers, decorators, entertainers and venues, and we can also work alongside vendors you've already chosen or have a relationship with.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with a photographer, caterer or venue already booked. We integrate with your existing vendor relationships, manage communication and timelines on your behalf, and only recommend our own network where you'd like suggestions.
Yes, we plan destination weddings, proposals and celebrations both within Nigeria and internationally. Destination planning involves additional logistics — travel, accommodation, local vendor coordination — which we scope in detail once we understand your destination and guest count.
